Wow that sure sounds like the kind of thing that would take a lot of money and effort to stop you from doing so we have decided to make this technically not illegal! Intellectual property is a scam invented by people who can afford lawyers and propagandized as protection for artists! Band merch is an elaborate social construct of performative commerce layered on top of a voluntary donation to a musical performer! Hooray!

You are allowed to do anything you want with these designs as long as you don't claim to be making official Dog Park Dissidents merch, and you tell people these designs are by Dog Park Dissidents. But again, if you don't do that, getting a lawyer to stop you sounds like a real hassle and we probably won't.

Can I put your designs on some super niche handmade thing and sell it for $3 at my folding table at my local pansexual vegan anarchist bookfair?

That sounds like a much less cynical justification for us not picking the Non-Commercial version of Creative Commons.

Can I make a new design based off these designs?

Doesn't have to be based, cringe is okay too.
